William Mitchell College of Law, based in St. Paul, Minn., has announced that it will launch a four-year hybrid Juris Doctor program where students can complete coursework both in the classroom and online. The new program will launch in January 2015, after receiving a variance from the American Bar Association’s accreditation rules last year. Enrollment for the program opened in February and will close on Dec. 1.

“Prospective students are interested in the online and hybrid courses because the courses allow them to keep their jobs, stay in their hometowns and take care of their family responsibilities,” said professor Gregory Duhl.
