A federal judicial panel on Monday added a Delaware class action against Facebook Inc. and Cambridge Analytica to multidistrict litigation in a California federal court over the social network’s alleged mistreatment of personal user information.

The move follows the U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation’s order earlier this month coordinating 30 class actions into an MDL before U.S. District Judge Vince Chhabria of the Northern District of California. Chhabria had been presiding over more than half of the suits from Facebook users who say the breach compromised their data.
