Prosecutors have canceled a sit-down meeting with Stephanie Clifford, the adult film actress known as Stormy Daniels, after media reports about the meeting surfaced Sunday afternoon, according to a series of late-night tweets by Clifford’s attorney, Michael Avenatti.

Multiple media outlets reported on the planned meeting between Clifford, Avenatti and prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, scheduled to take place Monday. According to a source, Clifford was meeting in anticipation of possible grand jury testimony as part of the government’s investigation into Michael Cohen, President Donald Trump’s former personal attorney.
