President Donald Trump regularly feuds with his U.S. attorney general, Jeff Sessions, on Twitter, calling him names and assailing his decision to step aside from overseeing Robert Mueller’s investigation of Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election.

Trump ramped up his criticism over the weekend, calling Sessions “scared stiff” and “missing in action.” On Tuesday morning, the president again was shredding Sessions on social media, saying a “real attorney general” would have stopped Mueller.
