In Rare Lateral Hire, Sullivan & Cromwell Adds Cleary's James Bromley

James Bromley has been heading to work at another downtown Wall Street firm over the last few days.

Previously a top bankruptcy partner at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, Bromley now co-heads Sullivan & Cromwell’s global restructuring practice. He quietly made the switch earlier this month after practicing at Cleary for about 30 years.
