An intellectual property litigator who spent two years at the boutique Levine Lee after a career at Cravath, Swaine & Moore has moved to Covington & Burling as a partner, the new firm said Thursday.

Teena Sankoorikal, who made partner at Cravath before becoming one of the firm’s rare lateral departures in 2017, said she was impressed by the “broad and deep” expertise of Covington’s lawyers. She said her last day at Levine Lee, a firm with Cravath roots, was April 2.
