Connecticut employment attorneys representing employers and employees have had their plates full the past several months dealing with myriad issues that have boiled to the forefront as more and more employees are pursuing legal remedies.

Before filing a lawsuit against an employer, employees must first file a state claim with the Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities and a claim with the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. As of this week, those attorneys said, all of the grievances are still with those entities and have yet to make it through the courts.
