Not quite a year after its launch in Silicon Valley, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, which also signed a new lease in Redwood City less than a month ago, has added Kirkland & Ellis partner Joseph Halloum to its roster in the world’s technology center.
Halloum, a partner at Kirkland since 2016, is an M&A attorney specializing in publicly traded companies and private equity sponsors, according to Freshfields.
