Consumer Class Action/Mass Tort Defense

Baldassare Vinti and Jeffrey H. Warshafsky of Proskauer Rose have entered appearances for Church & Dwight Co. in a pending class action over the labeling of its Zicam Pre-Cold treatments. The complaint, filed Jan. 5 in California Eastern District Court by Bursor & Fisher, alleges the defendant falsely claims that its products reduce the duration of the common cold.
