Spirit Airlines and its board of directors were slapped with a securities lawsuit Thursday in New York Eastern District Court. The lawsuit, brought by Rigrodsky Law on behalf of James Hiebert, arises from the proposed merger between Spirit Airlines and Frontier for $6.6 billion. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-01494, Hiebert v. Spirit Airlines, Inc. et al.
