Consumer Class Action/Mass Tort Defense

Attorneys from Gray Reed & Mcgraw and John W. Turner of Haynes and Boone have entered appearances for EasyKnock Inc. and EK Real Estate Services of NY in a pending lawsuit over alleged violation of the Truth in Lending Act. The suit was filed Feb. 8 in Texas Northern District Court by attorney Robin M. Ziek and other plaintiffs firms on behalf of David Bruce and Sandra Bruce.
