A Manhattan judge has found that the real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield is in contempt of court and will be fined $10,000 per day until it fully complies with subpoenas issued by the New York Attorney General’s Office in the office’s ongoing civil investigation of former President Donald Trump’s business practices.

The real estate firm plans to appeal, a company spokesperson said Wednesday morning.
