On Wednesday, contract lifecycle management (CLM) provider Ironclad announced the launch of AI Assist, a tool meant to allow users to rapidly redline contracts using the generative AI model that powers ChatGPT.
Cai GoGwilt, Ironclad’s chief technology officer and co-founder, and Mary O’Carroll, Ironclad’s chief community officer, told Legaltech News that AI Assist is a natural addition to Ironclad AI’s Playbooks, an AI contract review and negotiation offering released earlier this month.
