Del. AG Among 12 Challenging Trump's Authority to Impose Tariffs

President Donald Trump has invoked the International Emergency Economic Powers Act to order new tariffs, including a 25% duty on most goods from Canada and Mexico, a 145% duty on goods from China and an at least 10% duty on goods from nearly every other country.
