A Message From the Editor

Good morning! Today in The National Law Journal's Morning Update read about:

-- TikTok asking a federal appeals court to strike down as unconstitutional a new law that could lead to the shutdown of the app in the United States.
-- Republican lawmakers proposing legislation to allow private parties in a Securities and Exchange Commission administrative proceeding to remove their case to federal court before adjudication.
-- The Federal Trade Commission suing Doxo.com, accusing the online billing company of duping consumers into believing they were making payments through their biller’s websites when in fact they were using Doxo’s portal and paying it fees.
-- Adult film star Stormy Daniels taking the stand against Donald Trump and detailing their alleged sexual encounter and her attempts to “hide in plain sight” once Trump launched his first presidential candidacy.
