A lawsuit filed by Paul Weiss says that the U.S. Department of Education has canceled its administrative investigation into allegations of “rampant anti-Semitism” at the University of Pennsylvania. The lawsuit is filed on behalf of a Jewish American civil rights groups that seeks to revive the probe. Our first story today has more. Also, we have a story looking into whether the growth in Big Law partner pay may be a bubble.
